Tuesday Track

2 Mile warm-up

2 x 1200m @ 5K w/ equal time jog (800m)

2 x 1200m @ 10K, 5K, & 3K pace per 400m w/ equal time jog (800m)

1 x 1000m starting at 10K pace 1st 200m minus 2 seconds/200m each succeeding 200m

2 Mile cool-down
